Deck Revival
At this property we were tasked with giving this beautiful enclosed deck a proper makeover. We started by sanding down all of the old peeling paint, to ensure it wouldn't peel again. Then we painted the railings and stained the floorboards giving the deck a brand-new look. We also replaced a broken screen.
Extreme Home Makeover

This complete home makeover was one of the first in Strand U.S. history. We took this property from an outdated yellow to a beautiful cool grey. We painted this house from top to bottom, including the deck, foundation, window + door trims and the front door. Our client was thrilled with her home's new look. We also did landscaping work where we removed serval invasive bushes and replaced them with elegant new bushes.
Giving Back
This project is what Strand U.S. is all about. The owners of the property had just moved in and were fixing it up. They had tried to power wash themselves but couldn't get the job done. They were thrilled with getting this off their plate. Unfortunately, soon after finishing I found out that the owner was going through some serious health issues. We decided to not charge them for the work in light of their circumstances. Strand U.S. is willing and able to help deserving people in need of maintaining their property. Little Things
Shutters started it all for Strand U.S. - it is how we became a company. This was one of our first homes and is a great example of how you can give your property a vibrant new look without huge investment. A pressure wash cleaning and painting your shutters has a dramatic effect on the curb appeal of any property.
